7. Payment Processing

8. Payment Security

9. Donation Confirmation

After a successful donation, the donor may receive a payment confirmation and/or donation acknowledgement through email, SMS or another communication channel, depending on the information provided and the payment service provider's systems.
A payment confirmation does not necessarily constitute confirmation of eligibility for any tax deduction.
If a transaction is unsuccessful, pending or reversed, the donor should first verify the transaction status with their bank/payment provider and may contact us with the relevant transaction reference.

10. Donation Receipts

Where applicable, Adhyatmik Darshan Foundation may issue a donation receipt based on the information provided by the donor.
Donors are responsible for providing accurate information required for receipt generation.
Where tax-related information such as PAN or address is required, the donor must provide accurate information.
Any tax benefit associated with a donation is subject to:

• The Foundation's applicable tax-exemption/approval status;
• The nature and eligibility of the donation;
• Applicable Indian tax laws and regulations; and
• The donor satisfying the applicable requirements.

The Foundation does not guarantee that every donation will qualify for a tax deduction.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Charitable donations are generally intended to be voluntary contributions and may not be refundable once successfully processed.
However, the Foundation may consider refund or correction requests in circumstances such as:

• Duplicate transactions;
• An incorrect amount being charged due to a technical error;
• A transaction being processed incorrectly;
• A payment being debited but not successfully reflected due to a technical issue; or
• Other genuine payment-processing errors.
